We are excited to announce auditions dates and other information regarding the '24-'25 NTS Performing Company. This is alot of information; please feel free to send any questions my way!

24-25 Performing Company (PC)
The NTS Performing Company is a select group (by audition or invitation only) of our most advanced and dedicated students (ages 9-14 thru 8th Grade).
There are 2 components to the PC:
1) Training
2) Performing Opportunities
The Performing Company is a big step and large time commitment.
During the mainstage musical, PC students spend approximately 9 hours per week in training and rehearsal at NTS. We always want our students to be well rounded and involved in their school activities. We do our best to work around school activities when we can, but the assumption is that the NTS Performing Company will be your priority and focus. The PC is a year long commitment; students and parents will be asked to sign a Letter of Agreement.

PC AUDITIONS (Returning and New):
Sunday, May 19th
DANCE CALL (choose one)
12:30-1:15PM Level 1 Dance Call (For students with less than 2 years Ballet Training)
1:15PM - 2:15PM Level Dance Call (For students with more than 2 years Ballet Training)
Dancers should wear a leotard with dance shorts or leggings over the leotard. Hair should be pulled back. Ballet or jazz shoes.
SINGING CALL(Choose one by age)
SINGING AUDITION LINK for SUNDAY, May 19th
Students should bring in a 16 bar cut of a Standard Broadway Showtune, sheet music in the correct key. You will sing with an accompanist.
2:30-4PM PC CALL (Ages 9 - Rising 8th Grade)
4-5:30PM HSA CALL (All Rising and Current High Schoolers)
PC students receive training in dance, singing, acting and audition technique. Students are required to take one hour of ballet each week (either at NTS or by an approved instructor) and an additional dance technique class.
PC students will learn a 20 minute variety style show that will be performed at community events throughout the year.
PC Students will also present their own production of the Academy Division’s Spring Production (ie:Finding Nemo, Kids Spring ‘24).
PC / HSA Students should plan on attending the July Musical Theatre Dance Workshop July 17th - 20th
12:30-4PM, unless you are out of town. You can register in your Parent Portal.PC / HSA students will be eligible to attend JTF in January and our NYC Summer Trip, but it is not required.
TUITION / ADDITIONAL EXPENSES BREAKDOWN:
* Monthly PC Tuition (August - May) - $200.00
This includes Sunday Ballet, Thursday Dance and monthly / weekly PC touring show rehearsals and performances.
*JTF typically costs $800.00, payments can be made over time from October to January.
*The NYC trip costs approx $2000.00, payments can be made over time from April to July.
*Mainstage Production
Tuition is $225.00 / month and will be spread out over 7 months (August - February). PC students will have their own block of auditions, but the show will be open to the public to audition.
We will present our Mainstage Musical (TBD) at the brand new Franklin Special School District Performing Arts Center (very close to Williamson County Performing Arts Center). While it is not required, it is highly encouraged that all PC/HSA members participate in the mainstage musical.

Mainstage Rehearsal Schedule:
*Until we determine the musical and the casting, it is hard to know if we will need everyone on both Monday and Wednesday at this point. You will have an opportunity to turn in conflicts at the audition.
