NTS Spring Apprentice Program

Academy Apprentice Program 2026 Information
Ages 11 and Up (with previous experience and Director approval)
Tuition: $150 / Month (Spread over 4 months Feb - May)

Wednesday, May 6th End of Semester Apprentice Performance
5PM Call - Please arrive in hair, make up and “costume”.
HAIR: Should be slicked back off of the face in different hairstyles that suit you. 1 or 2 ponytails, braids, 1/2 up 1/2 down, etc. Hair bands should be neutral and match your hair color…no bright colors, please.
MAKE UP: Brown eyeshadow, bright blush, lashes and red lipstick.
NO jewelry, please…NO hairbands on wrists, please take EVERYTHING off before you arrive on Wednesday!
COSTUME: If you have your Base Layer (suntan tights and suntan camisole leotard), please wear it.
All students should wear black leggings and jazz shoes. You may wear a leotard or a nice shirt with the leggings. Other options: an NTS t-shirt (we have some extras if need be) or a Broadway Show T-shirt. All looks should be “neat” and performance ready…no sloppy looks, please.

7:30PM Performance - Doors will open approx 5 minutes before showtime. This performance is free and open to the public and will run about 20 minutes.

Wednesdays 6-8PM
This is a new program for students ages 11 and up with previous NTS / theater experience. This program is designed for students who are committed and interested in moving up with NTS to a Mainstage Production or the Performing Company. We will meet on Wednesdays from 6-8PM beginning Wednesday February 19th and concluding on Wednesday May 6th, with a Final Showcase Performance in the LMG Black Box Theatre at NTS.
