Registration for Spring will open on Monday, November 18th at 10AM!

SPRING CLASSES / REHEARSALS will begin on Monday, January 13th and run through Thurs, May 22nd
(EXCEPT Seussical, Kids and 101 Dalmatians will conclude with their performance dates or cast party)


FALL REGISTRATION:
You will be required to pay your first month’s tuition at the time of registration, opening November 18th, at 10AM. There is a $35 registration fee per family, payable once a year.

Cancellation Policy:  If you need to cancel your registration for a production, you may do so with 30 days notice, until March 1st.  After March 1st, you will be required to finish payment for the semester.
All classes and productions require a 30 day notice for cancellation.

CLASS OFFERINGS

1) Preschool Division
Musical Theatre for Preschoolers (Ages 4-5)
Tuition: $60 / Month
This 45 minute class meets on Thursdays from 3-3:45PM and is taught by Miss Olivia.  The class is a great introduction into music, musical theatre and creative play.

2) NTS Academy Division (101 Dalmatians, Kids, Seussical, Kids)

101 Dalmatians, Kids
Ages 5-7 / New Students
Tuition: $135 / month (Jan - May)
There are 2 casts to choose from:
Monday 4-5:30PM Rehearsal 
Tuesday 4-5:30PM Rehearsal

All 101D performances will take place on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 at the LMG Black Box Theatre at NTS

Auditions for 101 Dalmatians, Kids will take place during their rehearsal time during the 2nd week of rehearsal.  These auditions are optional and on a very basic level, we meet the kids where they are. 

Seussical, Kids
Ages 7-13 / Returning Students or New Students over the age of 7
Tuition: $145 / month (Jan - May)

There are 3 casts to choose from
Tuesday Cast 5:45-7:15PM
Wednesday Cast 4:30-6PM
Thursday Cast 4-5:30PM

Optional Auditions for Seussical, Kids will be held during their rehearsal time in the second week of rehearsal.  The material for their audition will be on the Seussical, Kids page on this website.
Performances for Seussical, Kids will take place at Julia Green Elementary, performances will take place in late April and will be announced ASAP.

3) SPRING SEMESTER ONLY Academy Apprentice Program
Ages 11 and Up (with previous experience and Director approval)
Tuition: $550 for 12 Weeks (Feb - May)
This class will be limited to 20 selected students.
If we have an overwhelming number of students that are interested, we will hold auditions.

Wednesday 6-8PM
This is a new, program for students ages 11 and up with previous NTS experience. This program is designed for students who are committed and interested in moving up with NTS to a Mainstage Production or the Performing Company. We will meet on Wednesdays from 6-8PM for 12 weeks beginning Wednesday February 19th and concluding on Wednesday May 14th, with a Final Showcase Performance in the LMG Black Box Theatre at NTS.

Each class will begin with 30 minutes of ballet technique; we will then focus on solos, duos and small group numbers for the showcase performance. Music and solos will be chosen based on the students enrolled in this special program so that they can receive individualized training and coaching for the performance, providing training to either move to or continue with the Maintstage Productions in the Fall.

This program is offered as a Spring alternative to Seussical, Kids (for students who qualify) AND for students currently in Legally BLonde, Jr, but NOT in Performing Company or HSA. 4) DANCE CLASSES
It is recommended that students who plan on progressing to the Mainstage Musical or Performing Company take a dance class to prepare for the next level of technique and choreography.

Class placement: If you are a current NTS Dance Student, Miss Emily will contact you with your dance placement for the ‘24-’25 season. Dance placements are FLUID and can change at the semester mark based on progress. If a student is on the cusp of a level, we will place them in the lower level and invite them to enrich in the higher level (at no additional cost) as they prepare to move up.
If you are NEW NTS Dance students, please register for the class that best fits your ballet technique experience and we will make assessments the first week of classes. You should base your ballet technique experience on current and consecutive years. 2 years of ballet at the age of 4 for an 11 year old should not be considered. Please email with any questions!

Tuesday 7:15-8:30PM - Advanced / Pre Pro Dance (By Invitation or Director Approval Only)
Tuition: $80 / month

Thursday 5:30-6:30PM - NTS Dance Fundamentals
This class is for students with less than 2 years of ballet technique.
Tuition: $70 / month

Thursday 6:30-7:30PM - NTS Intermediate Dance
This class is for students with more than 2 years of ballet technique.
Tuition: $70 / month

Thursday 7:30-8:45PM - NTS Int / Adv Dance
This class is for students with 3 or more years of ballet technique.
Tuition: $80 / month
