PERFORMANCE DAY at NTS / 106 Page Road
Students should arrive in hair, make up and Base Layer with something OVER their base layer at 10:15AM, please arrive on time! You will drop your child off and then you may start lining up to enter the theater at any time.  The line forms towards the Shell and extends down the parking lot (there will be signage).  The theater will open approx 5 minutes before showtime.

PARKING
Parking will be tight.  Off the record....there is parking across the street behind the BP and Sportsman's.  You can also use the old Brugger's parking lot, pending construction.  PELASE DO NOT park at the Shell.
We love for our families to shop at White's while waiting, but should you need a bathroom, please use the BP bathroom across the street.  Please also be respectful of the reserved parking for White's customers, we do not want to interrupt their business day!

IN BETWEEN SHOWS
As soon as the first show is over we will clear the entire theatre.  Please do not reserve seats or leave any belongings, they will be removed.  You may line back up to re-enter the theater at any time; the doors will open again approx 5 minutes before showtime.  Because of the quick turnaround, it is best for students to reconnect with friends and family after the second show only.

TICKETS
You should have received an envelope with your tickets yesterday afternoon.
We will let all ticketed patrons in the door first and then all other (non ticketed guests) guests can enter at no charge and find what seating is still available. Children are welcome to sit on laps and there will be floor seating as well.
The show runs about 30 minutes.  We have never had to turn any one away…it does get cozy, but we typically can accommodate everyone.

WHERE SHOULD I SIT?
Please refer to the videos that came in the email you received!

GENERAL NTS INFO…..
DROP OFF / PICK UP
We are located at 106 Page Road, behind the Shell Station.  We open the doors at your class / rehearsal time. No early drop offs please.

DROP OFF...Please ALWAYS PARK IN A PARKING SPACE, we do not have a hook up line.  Once you have parked you may walk your child to the door, or they may walk themselves if you feel they are capable and safe.

PICK UP...Please ALWAYS PARK IN A PARKING SPACE, we do not have a hook up line.  Once you have parked you may meet your child on the front porch.  We do not want children running into a dark parking lot to meet parents.  Students will need a parent to meet them on the porch.
Students are instructed to NEVER leave the porch unless their adult has made contact. We take parking lot safety very seriously and expect full co-operation from all parties. Please be sure that all pick up and drop off information is relayed to all Caregivers, Dads, Grandparents, Nannies, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you need to cancel your registration for a production, you may do so with 30 days notice, until February 1st.  After February 1st, you will be required to finish payment for the semester. All classes and productions require a 30 day notice for cancellation.

ATTENDANCE
Attendance is extremely important as we add new material to the show each week. If you know your child has an unavoidable conflict, please let us know ASAP via email to Ms. Vanessa so that we can work the rehearsal schedule around that. We would hate to schedule your child's BIG number only to find out that they won't be attending that day. Each student and every rehearsal are important. The expectation is that they are working on lines and music at home always, but that in no way replaces what is done with the full cast in rehearsal.

PERFORMANCES:
Winnie the Pooh performances will take place on Saturday, May 2nd at the LMG Black Box Theatre at NTS (106 Page Road).

We will let all ticketed patrons in the door first and then all other guests can enter at no charge and find what seating is still available.
